Since July 1 2008 Bob is Director of the Joint Service Centre of ICT (GDI) of the Ministry of Justice in the Netherlands. Bob is certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
GDI offers possibilities for structuring ICT within the ministry and opportunities to find cooperation within and outside the administrative department.
GDI is a cost-benefit organization and from that point of view it is responsible for an adequate service delivery concept. Bob leads the GDI with collected knowledge and experience.

Martin Wuite is a senior Corporate IT Executive who believes that a strong leader can build a team that is able to change an (IT) organization into an operating excellence environment that brings the company forward. As Head of Infrastructure Europe (CTO) at Wolters Kluwer, Martin is responsible within the Global Shared Service Organization (GSS) of WK for the European Infrastructure. This includes data centres, end-user computing, hosting and End user applications. Currently active in 14 European countries and with a reporting line over 100 Employees, Mr Wuite is also a member of the Global Infrastructure Management team.

De heer Van der Zwaag is directeur ICT & Facilitaire Services bij pensioenuitvoerings¬organisatie PGGM N.V. te Zeist sinds december 2007. In die rol is hij bij PGGM eindverantwoordelijk voor het informatiebeleid en de informatiearchitectuur (CIO rol), de ICT dienstverlening, facilitaire dienstverlening en algemene inkoopdiensten. De heer Van der Zwaag is werkzaam bij PGGM sinds februari 2003, achtereenvolgens verantwoordelijk voor de applicatieontwikkeling (2003-2006) en exploitatie & beheer (2006-2007) voor zijn benoeming tot directielid.
Voorafgaande aan PGGM was de heer Van der Zwaag bij Capgemini achtereenvolgens werkzaam als management consultant / interim manager en business unit manager (VP). Van 1989 tot en met medio 1994 was de heer Van der Zwaag als hoofd AOIV verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve organisatie en de informatievoorziening bij een bedrijfsvereniging (bedrijfstakgebonden sociale zekerheidsinstelling) annex pensioenfonds. De heer Van der Zwaag heeft een achtergrond in bedrijfskunde en ICT.

De eerste 10 jaar heeft hij als consultant/architect bij een software leverancier gewerkt. Daar heeft hij enterprise en service management software bij grote en middelgrote organisaties geïmplementeerd. Sinds 2006 werkt hij bij de beheerorganisatie van SNS REAAL waar hij zich bezig houdt met infrastructurele projecten, software licentie beheer, financieel management en de coördinatie van het SNS REAAL IAAS cloud onderzoeksteam.
Willem van Enter

Willem van Enter is the Regional Director for the Benelux region. In this role, Van Enter is responsible for driving VMware’s commercial activities across the Benelux, including strategic planning, business development, sales, services and marketing.
Van Enter brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry to VMware, most recently as Senior Director EMEA Sales & Consulting Readiness for Oracle. In this role, van Enter was responsible for implementing and overseeing the region-wide training and coaching program for Oracle’s sales force, management and consultants. Prior to this, van Enter held various sales and management positions at Oracle and Baan Company.
Ronald Heil

ir. R. (Ronald) Heil (MSc.) CISSP CISA is employed at KPMG IT Advisory (KPMG ITA) in The Netherlands as Senior Manager / Security Specialist for the business unit ICT Security & Control (ISC).
He has more than 11 years of relevant experience with IT Security. He specialised in large scale IT Audits (support financial auditing, SOX, GITC and ISF compliancy schemas) and security framework reviews, black-, grey- and white-box penetration testing, networking & infrastructure security design or review, (web) application security, wireless networking and security, mobile technologies, and technical Identity & Access Management (IAM). He is also actively involved with KPMG’s initiatives related to Advisory, Audits and penetration testing on Process Control Networks.
Ronald is recognized as trainer and speaker for national and international conferences on IT Security and Information Security (e.g. RSA Europe, ISSE, ISF, etc.). He is frequently involved as lead on national and international security workshops regarding security frameworks like COBIT, ISO 27001/2, ITIL, BS7799, security awareness and complex technical security issues.
Besides a broad range of technical knowledge he is also experienced with a broad range of organisational and managerial aspects. In addition, Ronald coordinates the ISF (Information Security Forum) membership for KPMG worldwide, including associated events and publications.
Phil Sayer
Analyst and Conference Chair
Based in London, Phil serves Infrastructure & Operations professionals. He is an expert in global and European enterprise networking strategy and implementation. Specifically, Phil advises enterprise clients on the selection and use of telecom and network equipment and services, including negotiating, implementing, and managing commercial and service-level agreements for wide area network managed services and ICT outsourcing, unified communications and collaboration, WAN optimization, and enterprise mobility applications.
Phil is regularly invited to be the keynote speaker or session chairman at international conferences focusing on enterprise use of telecoms. He is frequently quoted in the technical and business press, including the Financial Times, and he wrote a monthly column for Communications News. He is a director, past chairman, and a Fellow of the UK Communications Management Association.
